Interpretation:

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:
You are eligible to return the products in case of any item missing, or if anything is damaged, quality problem or wrong product.However, we prefer the Open Box return policy as per Bangladesh e-commerce standard which allows customers to inspect the product in front of the delivery agent before confirming receipt of the order. This is also 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) aligned process.In case of partial/full order Return/Cancellation of paid amount, The refund of the same will reflect in your account within 7 working days of the product received by us. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In case of undelivered order for any reason, refund will be processed deducting the discounted amount, if any.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 working days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- Innerwear/swimwear - whether Men or Women - will not be returnable unless or until the product is faulty.
- Product must remain unused and unwashed
- Proof of Purchase (Invoice/order confirmation must be available)
