Winner Style Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. Product Availability
We would like to inform our valued customers that our featured products are available in limited quantities. Most of the products displayed on our website are also available at our physical outlets, subject to stock availability.
Due to limited product availability, production-related factors, and technical limitations, our website stock is currently not updated automatically in real time. Therefore, a product may appear as available on the website even though it has become unavailable.
At present, stock information is updated manually at specific intervals. We are working to develop an automated stock-update system to improve the accuracy of product availability information.
Accordingly, even if a product appears to be available on the website, delivery may not be possible due to actual stock availability at the time of order processing.

2. Pricing Policy
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT and tax.
In the event of any pricing discrepancy caused by a system malfunction, technical error, or other unintended error, Winner Style Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the relevant order at any time.
Please note that prices of products purchased online may differ from prices available at our physical outlets due to promotional activities or other applicable offers.
Note: In accordance with the Government Gazette dated 22 January 2025, the VAT rate has been increased from 7.5% to 10%, effective from that date.

3. Order Policy
Once an order is placed by a customer, Winner Style Ltd. will confirm the order within the next one working day.
Following order confirmation, the product will be processed for shipment in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Winner Style Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order due to product availability or other applicable circumstances. In case of advance payment, the customer will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Once an order has been confirmed, the customer will not be able to cancel the order, whether the order was placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid payment.

4. Shipping Policy
We provide home delivery services within Dhaka City as well as outside Dhaka. Depending on the delivery location, customers may also be required to collect their products from the nearest courier hub.
The maximum estimated delivery time is:
● Within Dhaka Metropolitan Area: 3–5 working days
● Outside Dhaka: 7–10 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on government policies, weather conditions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
As we use third-party courier partners for product delivery, the complete delivery process is not entirely under our direct control. In the event that a product is damaged or lost during delivery, Winner Style Ltd. will take appropriate action after considering the circumstances of the case.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
5.1 Inside Dhaka
1. At the time of delivery, customers must check the color, size, quality, and quantity of the products in the presence of the delivery agent. Once the product has been accepted after checking, no complaint regarding these matters will be accepted thereafter.
2. Customers are entitled to a one-time free replacement or exchange facility. If the correct product has subsequently been delivered and the customer then chooses to change or replace the product at their own preference, delivery charges will be applicable for each subsequent replacement or exchange.
3. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking it in the presence of the delivery agent.
4. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.
5. Returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with our Replacement Policy.
6. Winner Style Ltd. reserves the right to change or modify any policy at any time.
5.2 Outside Dhaka
8. Customers must check the color, size, quality, and quantity of the products in the presence of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. No complaint regarding these matters will be accepted thereafter.
9. Customers are entitled to a one-time free replacement or exchange facility. If the correct product has subsequently been delivered and the customer chooses to change or replace the product at their own preference, delivery charges will apply for each subsequent replacement or exchange.
10. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking it in the presence of the delivery agent.
11. Home delivery is available at the Thana level. In certain cases, customers may be required to collect their products from the designated courier point.
12. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days.
13. Returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with our Replacement Policy.
14. Winner Style Ltd. reserves the right to change or modify any policy at any time.

6. Quality & Color Inconsistency
We always strive to provide our valued customers with quality products at reasonable prices. We believe that our customers will be satisfied with our product quality and price range.
In the event of an unexpected quality issue with any product, customers will have a 15-day exchange facility.
We make every reasonable effort to display the actual color of our products on the website, and the images displayed are intended to represent the actual products as accurately as possible.
However, due to differences in lighting conditions, graphics, display settings, monitors, and other visual factors, the actual color of a product may appear slightly different from the color displayed on the website.

7. Online Refund Policy
A refund may be applicable in the following circumstances:
1. If Winner Style Ltd. is unable to deliver the product ordered by the customer.
2. If a different product is mistakenly delivered without informing the customer.
3. If the customer receives a faulty product.
4. Undergarments & Intimate Apparel: For hygiene and safety reasons, no request for exchange or refund will be applicable for undergarments and intimate apparel once the product has been received and accepted by the customer from the delivery agent under our open-box delivery policy. Customers are required to check the product at the time of delivery. Once the product is accepted, no exchange or refund request will be entertained, except in cases where the product delivered is incorrect or defective.
In the above-mentioned circumstances, and in accordance with the Government's Digital Policy 2011, refunds for advance payments will be processed within 7–10 days.
This Refund Policy applies to online orders only.

8. Data Policy
During customer registration and the order-placement process, we may collect and store basic customer information, including but not limited to:
● Name
● Mobile number
● Email address
● Delivery address
● Other basic information required for order processing
Such information is stored in our own database and may be used for our promotional purposes.
We assure our customers that we will not share their information with any third party without their permission.

9. Disclaimer
Undergarments & Intimate Apparel: For hygiene and safety reasons, no request for exchange or refund will be applicable for undergarments and intimate apparel once the product has been received and accepted by the customer from the delivery agent under our open-box delivery policy. Customers are required to check the product at the time of delivery. Once the product is accepted, no exchange or refund request will be catered, except in cases where the product delivered is incorrect or defective
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on our website and in our newsletters is updated from time to time. However, such information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information.
Winner Style Ltd. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change, update, or modify information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted by a customer.
We endeavor to provide the most recent, accurate, and reliable information on our website at all times. However, in some cases, information displayed on winnerstyle.com may contain unintended errors.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused if erroneous information is reflected in product pricing, product availability, product descriptions, or otherwise affects an individual order.
